MeAmora is a fast-growing direct-to-consumer (DTC) beauty brand, built around a thriving community of stylists and influencers promoting professional-quality beauty products for use at home.

Since launching its new fulfillment operation with us over in the United Kingdom in 2022, the brand has experienced rapid growth across the UK and Ireland.

The challenge

Scaling a beauty brand requires a fulfillment operation that can keep pace with fast-moving products and high consumer demand.

Ahead of MeAmora’s launch with us, over 100,000 units needed to be received, assembled into customer-ready kits and distributed to meet a fixed go-live deadline.

Once live, the brand’s community-led sales model introduced fluctuating demand driven by influencer activity, promotions and product launches.

Alongside MeAmora’s day-to-day DTC fulfillment, their operation also required a level of flexibility to respond quickly to major spikes in order volume while maintaining a premium customer service.

The solution

We partnered with MeAmora at a pivotal stage in the brand’s development, and built a fulfillment operation designed to support long-term growth.

Initially, our team managed the receipting, kitting and distribution of over 100,000 units ahead of launch, ensuring every order was prepared accurately and delivered on schedule.

Since then, an integration with Shopify means orders flow directly into the fulfilmentcrowd platform, providing efficient order processing and a more visible fulfillment operation.

Behind the scenes, we’ve optimized how we work in the warehouse to manage significant fluctuations in demand generated by MeAmora’s community-led sales model.

Whether supporting day-to-day fulfillment or responding to major campaign peaks, the fulfillment solution created for MeAmora remains flexible enough to scale alongside the business.

As MeAmora looked beyond the UK, we supported their growth into Ireland, ensuring fast delivery times and a positive customer experience in an important new market.
